How to Become an Influencer Manager in the UK
Influencer managers plan and run campaigns that pay social media creators to promote a brand. You find creators whose audience fits, agree fees and deliverables, write briefs, check content before it goes live, make sure posts are clearly labelled as ads, and report on results. Some work on the other side of the deal, closer to a talent agent, representing creators rather than brands.
Most people get in after 1 to 3 years in marketing, PR or social media. A degree is preferred by many employers but not essential, and a record of campaigns you have run counts for more.
