2. Pay once, up front. £19.99 for one assessment with its full report included. No subscription, no paywall after the questions, and a free retake if we get it wrong.

3. Answer at your own pace. About 15-18 minutes for Career Compass, untimed. Every answer is saved, you can change any of them before submitting, and you can come back on any device.

4. Software scores and ranks. Your answers are scored by software against the activity profiles of real UK careers. Nothing is ranked by the written explanation, by adverts or by affiliate links.

5. Read the report, then test it for 30 days. Ranked options with the fit shown in parts, the reasons, the trade-offs, UK routes and pay context with their sources, and five small experiments for the next month.
